Alot of times, we have swim practices devoted just to flip turns. When you swim 3+ miles every practice, thats like a billion flips

two flips every 50, 150 every two minute, makes 6 flips every 2 minutes, by 4 hours of practice is 720 flips a practice. by two practices a day is 1440 flips every day, times five practices a week is 7,200 flips every week, times 52 weeks in a year is 374,400 flips every year. top THAT! hehe.

bahahahaha okay so you flip against a wall... in water..... if we flip and dont land it we face plant so uhm im pretty sure if you "flip" more than us it doesnt matter cause ours are more dangerous......

never swam before. but i do say as a cheer leader we do a pretty incredible amount of flipping.

ok no!!!!!!!!!! we flip lik 3 at a time so times that by 15 times an hour, 4 hrs a night 6 nights a week all year and what do you get??
