well, i agree some of them are a bit over the top, but most of them, like jocking, and chain letters, and all that, they're bloody annoying, and they aren't really necessary. :/

Oh to the people who say that there'd be no quotes if those rules, off. If people followed these rules, people might actually have meaningful, real, great quotes again instead of the people make now. The rules were made for a reason. Thank you stranger, for actually making this quote. :)
