No matter what the weather, Always put sunscreen on under your make up.
Even though its not sunny out all the time, UV rays still get through the atmosphere and damage your skin.
Wash your face with a make up remover or astringent, then put on your moisturizer, then the sun screen. Wait 10 minutes before applying make up.
This 10 second extra step can prevent ageing of the skin, sun spots and many other negative effects of the sun.
