Is it fair. . .

 This boy i like has been flirting with me but he has been saying mean things about me to others and i don't like the fact that he does that. When i'm talking to him he acts as if nothing has happened and as if he has done nothing. We will speak for a few days then he will completely ignore me and not text or inbox me on facebook. It is as if he doesn't want to talk and he is a totally dick. He doesn't go to my school
either so i barely see him is it worth it?


Please give me some advice i don't know what to do
