I
try to look normal and hope no one realizes how
uncomfortable I am sitting around all these guys. I only
know my brother (Jason), Ray, and kind of Chase. Being
around both of them together scares me so much... What if
they both want me? Or what if neither of them do?
I go back to my room and watch Tosh.0. It's the only decent
show on. After watching one whole episode, my dad comes in
and tells me we're going to Uno's Pizzeria for
dinner with the whole team. When we get there, there's
not enough room for me at my dad's table so they made
me sit with the weirdest players on the lacrosse team.
Right before I sat Ray asked me to sit at his table. I was
relieved but at the same time afraid. Luckily Chase
wasn't sitting at that table but I still didn't
know anyone except Ray. I was hoping to sit with my brother
so it wouldn't be so awkward but he was on the other
side of the restaurant. The boy in front of me was nice; he
noticed how uncomfortable I was so he made sure I knew
everyone's names. His was Christian, but I didn't
like him. He seemed like more of a really good
friend. The guys kept talking and I wasn't even hungry
so they ate the whole pizza themselves. Then they started
talking about girls. It was almost like they forgot I was
there. They pointed out all their flaws and didn't even
say anything about their personalities, only their looks. I
sat there and texted Ellie for most of the time but towards
the end of the night they were talking to me and it
wasn't as awkward.
On the way home it was just me, Jason, my dad, and one
other dad in the car. I sat in the back with Jason and he
started talking to me about dinner. He leaned over and
said, "While I was eating, this kid was sitting next
to Chase and said, 'Dude, Chase wants to bag your
sister,' so i turned to Chase and said back, 'You
know how rough I am while I'm on the field? and
that's just a lacrosse game, this is my sister."
I looked up at him and laughed hysterically, but then
I realized that my senior brother might have just
scared the one guy that I like here from even talking to
me.
We get to the hotel and I crash on the bed. I started
texting Ellie again.

facebook? details jen. details.
I explain briefly and tell her I'll give more details
tomorrow and she could watch him play. My dad and Jason are
already in bed and snoring, like usual... I set my alarm to
seven and go to
sleep.
