I visited your grave today.
I sat there for hours. I told you
about my life, I told you how much I missed you, and loved you.
I cried.
I remembered the sleepless nights we sat in bed not saying a
word.
And how you used to end our phone calls with "keep your head
up kiddo, you're gonna make it".
I remembered how precious life really is.
How three years can seem to only take a minute.
& three seconds of the worst news of your life can seem like an
eternity.
But, I wiped my tears, got up, smiled at all the good times, and
walked away.
I walked away from the best love of my life.
But the funny thing, I felt like you were walking with me..
I love you James.
