it's not french.. french for mother is "mere" & "is" is "est" not madre & es. Also, it would be ta not tu. Tu means you.

It is Emily's line. It is spanish. I learned how to say that in spanish class, I even asked my spanish teacher if that's how you say it. she laughed and said i was right.
