Thanks guuys! i ended up talking to her and we are okay but we arent best friends anymore! but i feel much better being able to hangout with who i want!

I have the same exact problem right now. This "friend" makes fun of me nonstop and thinks that we are best friends. She says "I love you" all the time and i just ignore it and when she asks why, i say because you can't hurt me and annoy me and then assume that i will love you. That's not how i go.

well I have the exact same problem and all I do is hang around with diffrent friends, and when she follows you just ask the friend you were with to go to the lunch tables or something. and then she will ask why are u running away from me, that when you tell her!
