Insanity!
Chapter 2
"Vicky!" Drake calls out
from behind me
"Hey Dra" I say as I start to slow down
"Whats up chicky?" I giggled at the nick-name
"Not much... running"
"Haha i know that!"
"Then why did you ask?" We both laughed until we
were lapping up gallons of air.
I moved over to the side to tie my shoe and
turned around to see Drake right behind me. "DRAKE! YOU ALMOST
GAVE ME A HEART ATTACK!" "Yah so are you going to the
Valentines dance with Stich?" When he asked, he looked all
serious. Like the world would end if i didnt answer this simple
question. "Yah?" I finally answered after about 45
seconds. "Ok good! Get me a basketball?" "Haha
sure"
I decided to jog over to the bin with all the
basketballs and pick the glow-in-the-dark ball for me and the hand
print one for Dra. For some reason, on the way back to were Drake
was standing, I skipped. I never skip. What was that about? Eh,
what ever.
"You... skipped?!" Dra was surprised
"Um... yah, how about them Mets huh?" I tried to change
the subject ASAP!
"Oh, well there ok i guess"
"Well im going to take some shots. You coming?" I asked,
making sure not to get back onto that topic. For some reason, I
just couldnt talk about it. The fact of me doing something girly
didnt seem right.
"Sure, one on one"
"K"
