My Crazy Ordinary Life

"Oh my gosh, this is crazy!!! I wonder how many people are here!", I shout so Kyle can hear me.
"Maybe around... oneeee hundred?", He said holding out his "one". He's so cute. Wait did I just call Kyle cute? Oh boy.. he's like a brother; this can't be happening. 
"Hey Kyle I think I see Aubree and Jon, I want to see what's going on with them!", I smile. 
"Alright, go work your 'magic'", he sarcastically put air quotes around magic... how cute!.. ugh.. I need to stop this. 
"Hey Aub, can I talk to you?", I say interrupting there conversation. 
"uh-huh", she nods and smiles at Jon. 
"SOOO! Are you two like.. together?", I question.
"Not yet... relax, seriously if anything happens - your the first who'll know", She says. 
"So.. I think I like Kyle.. There must be something wrong with me.. HELP!..", I whimper. She smiles like she knows something, but I don't want to know what it is. I walk back to Kyle and see him talking to Leena(A really, really pretty popular cheerleader with perfect blond hair). 
"Hey Aimee, you know Leena right?", He says cheerfully.
"Yep", I say barely making eye contact.
"Kyle is such a nice guy, your so lucky to have him as your boyfriend", Leena says.
"Uhhm what?", I ask.
"No no.. we aren't going out", Kyle defends. 
"Oh, well you talk so much about her I just thought you were, sorry about that.. I'm just going leave now..", Leena says walking away.
"Well.. that was awkward", I show a smile.
