Letter to a crush
Dear you.
You don’t realize that I like you still. You think that
I’m over you, but I’ve gotta confession; I’m so
not. I’ve liked you ever since sixth grade, and I never
actually stopped. I just figured since you liked her, I’d
have no chance, but you seem to care about me still. At least a
little. I’d like to think that you have some sort of idea
about how much you mean to me. But I don’t think you do. I
know you’ll never see this, and you probably wouldn’t
care, but I’m gonna put this anyways. Every time you look at
me, or every time you say my name, i get that feeling. That feeling
like when you’re on a roller coaster, and you’re going
up the steep ramp, and you know what’s coming, but somehow
you still have butterflies about it. Yeah, thats the feeling I get
every time you say my name. I know you’ll never see this, but
yeah. I still like you.
