We were just acquaintances
We became really close neighbors
We started chatting some more, doodling together, and bothering each other a lot
Or just that simple word that everyone kept saying what we were doing, Flirting
Some how we felt that special feeling,
But we didn’t share it immediately because we were afraid of what would be the responds, or consequences
And we kept our secret like that for a long time,

Until that unforgettable night,
You told me you loved me,
It was incredible, and I ate all up in one chunk,
I told you I loved you back, and I really meant it,
We were lovebirds, meant to be, but for a while, we were so inseparable


My parents tried to warn me, many times,
But I didn't care,
All those things they said, came in my one ear, and came out through the other,
I was daydreaming in heaven
We were the perfect couple

And finally that day, had to come,
You broke my innocent heart,
You have betrayed me; you were all a big ugly, gushy scam,
I couldn't believe it,
How could I trust you, you were such a lie!
And I loved you this whole time

I threw everything away that had to do anything with you,
But I was never able to throw the hardest thing anyone can ever do,
And that was my love for you...

I cried every day and night that could fill a whole useless beach bucket,
You hurt me so much; you made my life miserable,
And that's when I came back to reality,
We were never meant to be.
