My boyfriend has been cutting
himself for the longest time now. He's told me he's
stopped but I don't believe him. He's stabbed himself in
the stomach, cut himself repeatedly, threated suicide, is on
medication for his depression (which is severe) and has been to
rehab, and more. He says that if I tell anyone he will break up
with me and never talk to him again. I love him too much for
anything to happen.
And I didn't want ANYONE to find out, but my friend Sarah
did. And she can't keep a secret to save her life. She's
going to tell...what should I do? please help me</3
And don't tell me to go tell someone b/c it seems like
it's getting a little easier for him. Like it's not so
bad anymore.

I think you should talk to Sarah asap. Make her understand that this is a matter of life and deth of someone you love

If he's doing those things to himself somebody needs to know. Would you rather have him not talk to you...or would you rather have him gone forever...you choose.

He used to have a therapist, but he said they never helped and that he just told the, what they wanted to hear.
i don't know about a journal but I know he has a lot of friends, and me and my friend maggie who's also friends with him help him (she knows too)
and he told her... I know it's his secret, but I just didn't want her to know

sweetheart, he is in serious conditions. he needs to get help for cutting and his suicidal thoughts. does he have a therapist? maybe a journal? someone to talk too for him would be great. plus, he needs to find another way to get out his frustration.

you have to talk to your friend. she cant go around telling people.she wouldnt be a good friend.. and he does need some type of help. maybe you can just help it get through it. even though i'm sure you already are.
