We were walking together.
It was after the school dance. He was
supposed to tell me who he liked; no one but myself knew
that I liked him.. a little too much. "So," I said,
" Whose this girl?" He thought for a second.
"Who
do you like?" I was kind of shocked. It felt like he was
directly avoiding my question. I sighed. "I
don't know," I said. He looked at me and sighed.
"Well," he said, "I kind of like you." I
was a little
shocked. I looked at the sky and snow was falling down. It was
the first day of snow in the year.
I love snow, though I tell people I hate it. I smiled at the
sky. "Really? ..Because I like you too,"
I told him. He looked at me, and we looked into each
other's eyes for a few seconds. And then,
he kissed me. I've never kissed anyone in the rain.. I
prefer kissing in the snow.
