yea, but i just started talking to this person yesterday, and idk..but my friend said she wouldnt care, but im scared of being rejected ya know? and now hes not texting me back.....

I would tell him how you really feel & maybe he'll feel the same way. but, i'm going threw the same thing. you just have to tell him how you feel.
