u dont have to say that exactly. just be like "you know he likes me and i like him, is it okay if we go out" if she gets upset over it, she's not worth your friendship

but you don't call dibs on people. if she knew you both liked eachother she should let you be together, not make you stay apart. i just think its not right for her to do that.

if this is whats going on in your life, then your friend isn't a good one. A good friend would understand that you would be good for eachother and want you to go out. Not push you away from him.
