I hope your friend is okay soon.
Just show her that you care, and if she kills herself it'll be selfish because she'll be hurting you just as much.

Hey there sweetie... I was in the same situation once, and the best thing to do is tell an adult... She will be mad at first but at least there will be someone to stop her. Plus it's not right that you have to deal with this... And if you know and don't tell anyone and she does it, you will never forget it...
