there are good examples of people who died like this. people like Megan Meier who hung herself because a boy named "Josh Evans" on Myspace had been the perfect boy to her, and was nice until the tone of the messages he sent her change and he said "the world would be a better place without you." you know who the 'real' Josh Evans was? A forty-something year old woman named Lori Drew who created the account with her daughter in attempt to get gossip to humiliate her. This girl hung herself. She died because a stupid mother and daughter wanted revenge on someone who they weren't even sure was doing the same. I'm so glad your doing Suicide Awareness, like the "It Gets Better" project, a project working to stop suicides due to bullying for being gay. good for you :)

my cousin committed suicide 4 and a half months ago. we all miss him terribly and the worst part was that no one saw it coming because he did everything in secrecy. if someone tells you, it means they need help. even if they say they dont want it, they need it. but if they dont tell you, they just have one thought in mind and youll never be able to stop them.

I am so, so sorry. I don't know what it would be like to lose a best friend. I tear up thinking about my best friend doing that. I wish there was something else I could say, but I just don't know what. I'm truly sorry.

A boy at my school commited suicide, my freshman year. He was in my class and I am a senior now, and there is not a time that goes by when I don't think about how his grammy and mom must have felt when they walked into the room with a gun shot in his head. :( I miss him deeply. I know how you feel and my apologies go to you. I hope you are okay. Stay strong.

And im sorry for your loss girlie, and everybody else who commented on this. its a a terrible thing for people to really think nobody cares about them so they have to take their own life. its just terrible, so next time you see someone by themsevles or look like they are having a bad day, say hi atleast you might just be saving someones life...

have any of you heard of TWLOHA? (To Write Love On Her Arms). its a non profit organization that helps people who cut, have thoughts of suicide, drug addiction, etc. if you feel really strong about these issues like i do, you should check out their website. TWLOHA.com

Thanks you guys. And for all of you who have lost someone, i can honestly say i know how you feels. And she wasnt litterally cutting her self down to the bone. They were just really deep cuts. But either way, its still hard to think about.

i have no idea what i'd do without my bestie........i have a friend that cuts and it makes me so sad.....to anyone that has lost their friends due to depresseion and suicuide, i think ur are all fantastic to cope, because i know i probably cuddent <3

Thats so sad; my friend jeremy commited suicide about two months ago too; but no one saw it comming ; i just wish i could talk to him or something ; i miiss him so much ,. but the worst part is we will never know why.

im so sorry :( On tuesday, my best friends mom lost her battle with depression. My friend was home alone when he found her. His dad was on a busniess trip in AZ. :,(
