riding through town
the other day I looked out the window
and saw these huge prestigous houses.
They were (:beautiful.:) At the end of the lot was this six
foot brick wall marking //
the end of the land. But on the other side of the six foot of the
brick wall --->
(was a run-down trailer park.) I shook my head and said to
m.y.s.e.l.f
"O n l y i n t h e U n i t e d S
t a t e s."
To [me] it seemed like we were
trying to hide our i n e v i t a b l e f l a w s to be
accepted by society.
But it's like life, girls e\v\e\r\y\d\a\y put on
makeup to cover their flaws.
To be accepted by society.
To be beautiful.
But one day someone's gonna look past
our "6-foot brick
wall" and see the
"run-down trailer
park" and see
who we really are.
