i was in that situation before: heres my not-so-great advice. if your not happy all the time in this relationship, break up with him. if you have to really think about this and your confused, break up with him. you shouldnt have to be in a relationship thats complicated. go with your gut instincts. and maybe if he's cool with it just tell him you need a break to figure things out? if you say that and you feel like you can't live without him then get back together. hope i helped!

sounds like me and my x i duped him and he left i wanted him back u should just talk to him thats what i did if he loves you he'll understand just talkn to him u dont wanna end up like me

Same. But I still get butterflies about him, we just don't get to talk as much. So I don't know why I still love him, but I do. Maybe you guys can still be friends? I'm still stuck in that awkward jump from being best friends to more, because we used to be so close. But it's hard. Good luck. [:
