first tell him he needs to straighten his thoughts before he does anything with any girl. tell his gf that he likes you (not that you like him, that'd be bad) and just hope for the bestt. by the way, sorry to say this hun, but i'm pretty sure you're not in love with him. maybe you love him, as a friend. you can't love someone who does this to you

tell him too cut the . if he likes you then he needs to stop holding out on you. tell him how you feel if he doesnt allready. and if he likes u then u will be together.
