if you dont already talk to her, talk to her. get close to her. make her your friend. then she'll feel more comfortable around you. then she'll start showing how she feels, whether she likes you as a friend or as more than that. and when u feel the time is right, ask her out (: a friend of mine just told me my crush likes me.. but we dnt talk so for right now were just friends until i feel more comfortable telling him how i feel.... so hope this helps (:
