see , me & him are different then
others.
we aren't together, no no, of course not.
we aren't the closest of friends either.
we only sit and talk during one period,
& that's study hall. Why? because
no one else is there to make any
jokes out of it. yeah, the other's,
our guy friends, my girl best friends.
they make jokes, say we want each
other, just because, when I feel like
crap, or I really truly need one, he'll
give me a hug or tell me it will be okay.
Or he'll randomly sneak up during lunch
and rest his head on my shoulder
and tell me something. Of course,
the others don't understand that
he's just telling me to smile, or
about the homework we have next
period. No, no, they think he's flirting
with me, because that's how he is.
They some how planted their lies
into my head, now whenever I
see him, I get this small hope
that he might like me. When in reality,
I just want to be his friend, that's
all I ever wanted. To laugh and joke
around with him. Now, I want to know
that on days I feel like my world's falling,
I have someone to fall back on. Now, I
want to hug him and never let go.
Now, I really just want to smile at him
AND KNOW
EVERYTHING
WILL
BE OKAY.
