Tutorial; How to do colored backgrounds?

1. Copy this code. <div style=" background-color: #000000"> type here </div>




2. Click 'Add a Quote.' Once your there, click the source button in the toolbar.





3. paste that code.




4.type your quote into where it says type here in the code.



5. look at step one. see where it says #000000? that's the hexedecimal value. it's the color, in HTML. the six numbers will change the background color. heres a few to get you started.

6. Now all you have to do is replace the #000000 with those codes. or other ones you find.
