i have one(: for me it didn't hurt at all it just burned a few hours after. but everybodies pain tollerence is different. plus it depends how much numbing stuff your piercer puts on. and get it on the side you dont sleep on it a lot cause you wont be able to sleep on that side for a while. ive had mine since september 2011 and it still gets a lil sore after sleeping on it
