now, before you start throwing "ANOREXIC!" at me, let me explain.
hi, i'm Sarah. when i was only eight years old, i was diagnosed with crohn's disease. crohn's disease is a disease of the digestive system blah blah... basically, if i eat, i end up feeling sick. i feel like i'm gonna hurl, like i have the stomach flu every time i eat. my body doesnt know how to keep all the good nutrients, so it feels like it needs to get rid of it. worst part? i can be running to the bathroom a lot. not fun at all. so i barely eat. and when i do, i'm normally crying in pain. i only eat at home, or i only eat in small amounts.
now how many times do you think people question if i'm anorexic? a lot
i get it from random people, friends, one guy i dated was even convinced i was.
how many people say "oh she's so lucky!" because i'm so skinny? a lot
that's because they dont know how sick i am. i suffer with a smile every day.
it hurts when i see people throwing a bad aim at people who dont eat, or look anorexic, etc. it may be much more than that.
