Oh and try this too
Drink 2 cups of green tea a day
One in the morning one at night if you want you can add one more cup in the after-noon
It burns fat and keeps those pestering breakouts away reply

Yes i actually do know one more that works
Get in a sumo position but make sure your legs arent to far apart then do 10 to 15 squats like that it help lose body fat on your stomache and your thighs too!
You should try eating celery you burn a bunch of calories just eating it and when your body goes to digest it you still keep burning calories

Honestly the best way to lose weight is strength training. Hit the gym or school weight room or whatever. It's the easiest way to lose weight, plus your muscles get toned (: reply

I think push ups/planks (even though I suck at them) because the get your arms and your core
But I usually just run distance or interval running reply

Don't try to change your're self you epic/beautiful i bet just the way you are,but if you wanna a good program that'll make you loose weigh fast,go to google and look up insanity reply

Im sure youre BEAUTIFUL the way you are but if you really want to loose weight:
Avoid soda,candy (unless you want gum in that case sugar free or minty)
Keep hydrated drink lots of water
To burn ALOT of calories do this::
Get in a push up position then lower yourself onto your elbows and stay like that supporting yourself up on your elbows for 30 seconds ONLY do that 1 minute apart for each so 30 sec then rest 1 minute 30 sec then rest 1 minute do that 4 or 5 times youll burn ALLOOOTTT of calories
Remember dont over work your self listen to yourbody
And make sure to sleep yes sleep full eight hours!
