im sorry about your mom and i dont think its wrong and i think it shud b legal and theres no reason why people shud think its wrong, i mean yea it my goes against you religan but god will forgive you...sometimes i dont get people and how mean they can be(not you) ,but god will get mad at you for hating people because of who they are so either way there going aganist what they believe in and i honestly dont get whats wrong about liking the same gender
