if u really lik him then go out with him. and just cause ur friend thought it was a big mistake then it might not be one for u and maybe she still likes him? and is jelous but also most likely if u do go out with him then it will just bring u two closer together:) so go out with him and dont listen to ur other friend cause just cause she regrets it doesnt mean u will maybe she was the mistake in the relatioship? reply

if she is really your friend she wouldnt tell you what to do, she would help you. my friend had the same problem her friend "matt"asked her out. she said idk. but then a few days later she said yes,. they went out and it didnt work. they were much friends. if you really like him i would try if you feel better as friends, do that.
if it doesnt work ," if you do say yes" you just say you want to be friends, because you feel better that way. and if he was really your friend, and really liked you he would respect your decison. reply

if you really like him, then go out with him . give it a shot . and if yur other best friend was a true bestfriend, she would understand and be OK with the decision you made . hopefully everything turns out fine reply

your relationship with this guy would be totoally different than your friends relationship. this is a tough situation because ytou dont want to ruin your friendship, but if you relly do like him you shhould go for it reply

this is like the exact situation that i am in. except my friend didnt say it was a mistake that she went out with him. so ive been talking to both of them about it and it's helped. i told my friend that i wouldnt go out with him if she still liked him because that wouldnt be fair to her. and then i talk to my best guy friend about it and told him i couldnt date him until she was ok with it. he agreed, because they are also friends. in my situation this worked because about two weeks later my friend told me that she didnt care if i went out with him. we arent going out yet but we are getting closer to it.
so i guess what im saying is talk to both the guy and your friend about it and make sure he knows you like him too. if he really likes you, he will wait.

if you really like him and your friends a real friend she would understand, if she doesn't its her problem but coming from another girl, if he really is a best friend i wouldn't because it would ruin your friendship it is eisier to build love off of frindship then friendship off of love you can gain friendship from liking someone but after he breaks ur heart it is way harder to be friends again when i went out with my best friend, it is never like it will used to be and i hate it that way, try staying friends. trust me you would like it much better :] reply
