hey, i'd say don't start cutting again but inoo it's not that easy because i can't stop, but think how happy you were when you wern't doing it, see if you can patch things up with your friend before you do something you regret, if you wanna talk just ask, even if you just want someone to listen

i can relate to everything you wrote, life feels pointless and worthless, no friends and you result in self harm, same here, i wish i could talk to my parents but there most of the reason i do it, i hope things get better for you, im going to sound like everyone else on here, but if you want to talk just ask, it's nice having someone to talk to :)
