i know everyone is different but a few things that i do are something to keep my mind off of whatever bothering me,
for an example
watch movies,
listen to music that makes me feel different
Sometimes i write
Go on sites like We Heart it & Tumblr
i sleep and just only think about something i like i want something good
like i said before
everyone is different and we all solve are personal issues differently,
so if these few examples dont help i am sorry ,but i hope all soon blows over and youre well!
