if he's always high that might be a problem. when people smoke weed it causes them to do really crazy things.!idkay what hes like when hes not high though and he may be a really good person when he isnt.! and if he is, well then maybe there may be something there. and aside from that you might want to talk to him about maybe doing it a bit less.! but before you talk to him you and your friend should talk and see whats going on with you two.! is your friendship close and is it worth your friendship.! then if you decide you two (you and him) might have a shot, then re-evaluate your feelings anf follow your heart.! i cant say much else.! hope you do the right thing =) 0reply
