This quote isnt going to stop people from saying retarted, when people say retarted they mean it is in; wow...this is dumb.... not as in" woah this object is so dumb and mentally challanged." My older sister is mentally challenged,and she calls me retarted,&objects retarted. stop taking it to heart because when people say it they dont mean it towards anyone.
