I would say that you need to sit down and talk to him. You need to make him realize how much he hurt you, and that he cant just get away with it. You need to find out why he did what he did as well. Dont let him sweet talk you either. If you really think that he is sorry , take things slowly with him and dont jump right back into the relationship.
