teachers shouldn't say that to you sometimes teachers say things they shouldn't don't take them seriously Just prove your teacher wrong try extra hard in lessons and ignore them. You have a reason. Everyone has a reason. If you haven't uncovered your reason yet it doesn't mean its not there. I am here if you ever need anyone to speak to:) stay strong
