Well my dear. It's quite hard to accomplish. I myself am working through that right now. & it's really hard. I guess if you think it'll help any tell them My story. I kind of sound self centered. You could tell them all of the things that they should look forward to in life. You could be like, "you can't use YOLO as an excuse everytime you drink." You can tell the person that Life has so much to offer and your just throwing it away when someone would kill for what you have. Things like that. Get them Inspired. Hope I helped(:
