first off, why the heck is your bestfriend friends with ur ex bestfriend????? if they are mean tell ur bestfriend, if she doesnt do anything, i dont think she is a real bestfriend. leave if ur uncomfortable! reply

I have the exact same problem her new best friend is going to a different school im not sure what i want to do either i dont want to take her back because it was her fault for leaving me and everyone else, but she wont have anyone esle to be with because she was the other girls shadow and did the EXACT same thing so im gunna wait and see what comes along (sorry if this doesn't make much since) reply

Everyone makes mistakes and deserves second chances. Just make sure to tell her that what she did was wrong and really hurt you. Ensure she understands what she put you though and that you won't stand for it again. It will take time for you to trust her again, but that's fine, in the end your relationship could be stronger because of it.

i would say forgive her ... but foregtting is overrated, so i would also say don't try and get back into the besties phase with her. What do you want from a friend ... ? reply

Forgive her, but tell her what she did wrong. And that she hurt you. Don't get as attatched as you were before either, this way you wont get hurt. reply

i mainly think the same as ibelieveee.
i was in the same situation, but i was the friend who left the other one.
now i talked with my ex-bff and now we're kinda friends again.
We both know that we probably can't be best friends anymore, but it's okay like this :)

Don't just ditch her and say you can't be friends anymore, but don't fully accept her back, either. You can definitely be friends again- but you may not be the best friends you were before your friend ditched you.
So basically- yes, forgive her but don't forget. reply
