hi im cara, im thirteen years old and i am diagnosed with sarcoma. known as cancer of the tissue.

i've always lived life to the fullest. had a bunch of great friends, a big wonderful family. everybody loved me for who i am. then when i was 8, my dad got diagnosed with lung cancer. my whole family was devestated. my mom got depressed, my brother complete broke down and for me i cried myself to sleep everyday. now my father is a 5 year lung cancer survivor. he's done with all his chemo therapy and ct scans. my family and friends have done the Relay for Life in his honor of a cancer survivor. Now, I am thirteen and about to graduate, and i realized i've been diagnosed with cancer of the tissue (sarcoma) . i have to start chemo, and i will loose all my hair. people will treat me differently and everybody i know is so depressed because of this news. i know i can get through this, i just have to be strong.
