Good. I just wanted to make sure you had a valid reason to smoke. and that is all true. At least you have a healthier way to deal with your problems, I'm proud that you found a way to get away from cutting, and if you ever do feel like you want to die please at least try talking to me first because I don't want you to fall into something that could ruin your future.

why do you smoke? Do you think its cool? Do you think its helping you? like why? It's doing nothing for you, it's gonna get you into trouble. I'm not telling you to stop because it's not like you would listen to me, but I'm just telling you to be careful because it's not good for you.

Well, nothings ever been good. It's not just gonna go away. It probably never will. I mean what can I say, life sucks. Well, then talk to me. tell me whats going on. Just like you always used to. I'm the same person I was before, you can still tell me things. I'm always here.

Look, after everything thats been said about me and after all the fights we've gotten in to i'm really not looking to get screwed over yet again. I do still care about you and I am worried about you. But I don't want you to be doing this just because you're starting to lose people. I am here if you need anybody but i'm not gonna be one of those people last resort people.

Honestly. No. nothings changed. I still have that temptation to cut. I still hate eating. It's the same as its always been. But Sam, I'm more worried about you. I know a lot of the things that you've been doing and I feel responsible sometimes, I feel like if we were friends I could've talked you out of doing these things. I'm always here if you ever need anything. Just take care of yourself.
