i personally think that he actually likes you...talk to your brother and see what he said..is there an age difference? but if it starts to get serious and he does stuff then you have to drop it there and ignore his texts and tell your brother..if he really likes you and if you like him, then when your 17..date him:) just take the risk to do the impossible :) i hope i helped
