i think you should follow your heart. if the pain you will suffer from losing either of those friends is more than what you feel like now, you may want to try and save the relationships. but if you want the best things in your life, maybe that second person isnt who you need and you should tell her and she will understand. and maybe tell them how you feel, they might understand. some people change in the wrong ways and they end up going back to who they used to be and are smarter and stronger and have someone who will remind them of what they shouldnt do. everyone makes mistakes and nobody is perfect. but true friends can live with those flaws and mistakes, which are just part of your past which shapes who you are today.
