just calm down...that's the first step.
if you just had unprotected , you won't be able to tell if you're pregnant or not for a few weeks.
if you already missed a period, you should definitely get tested. the sooner you know, the sooner you'll be able to figure out what to do next.
just stay strong, whatever happens. you'll be ok:)
