Rest In Peace Mitch, you taught me ho to not give a f*ck about what other people say. You taught me that how to take life as it comes and that it’s ok to be really angry, and to express myself. I’m gonna miss you so much….. I never got to see you perform, I never got to meet you. I wish you were still alive. You Only Get Once tho right? And I hope you got to live your dream. To you, they're just a band.
They just play music.
They are a bunch of tattooed freaks.But to me, they are the reason that I still breathe. They are the only hope I have when everything has fallen apart. They are the bright light in the otherwise pitch dark. Their message, their music, their lyrics pick me up out of my hopelessness. The fact they have accomplished their goals, that they have over come much of what I have to suffer through... Well, that makes me believe in a future. To you, it may be stupid to cry when you see them live, or when you meet them for the first time. But for me, it's like coming face to face with the hero that saved my life. Go ahead and look at me as an obsessed, crazed fan. Tell me I'm weird, that I need to get a life. But they will always, always be my heroes.
They will always be the band that saved me.

Me: Well, it all began when two babies were born in a different place and time. The boy grew up to be a successful young man who roams around the world to showcase his talent while the girl stayed in the sea of faces who admired him. He doesn't know her, but she knows him, from his real name to what his favorite color is. She sends him love letters, even if she's aware that he won't be able to read it and she has to pay loads of money just to watch him perform for a few hours. That pattern goes on and on, unceasingly. The boy continues to walk in his dream, while the girl could only look at him with pure admiration, and sadly, that's how it'll end. The boy...will never know just how much the girl loves him.

I'm sick of people being shallow, and picking on other people for the things they can't change about themselves.
"She's too tall."
It's not like she can control her height.
"He has a big nose."
What is he supposed to do about it?
Get plastic surgery?
"She has a weird looking face."
Is that really her fault?
"She's really flat chested."
That's genetic. She didn't choose to be.
"He has crooked teeth."
Not everyone can afford braces.
"Her hair is too frizzy."
She didnt choose her hair, and not everyone has the time to flat iron their hair every morning.
"His eyes are creepy looking."
He didn't choose the shape of his eyes.
You know what? People can't choose their family and how much money they grow up with, their facial structure, their body type or many other things. Don't f*cking pick on them for that. If you're going to dislike someone, dislike them for their personality and actions, not how they look or where they come from.

The best part of a concert is being surrounded by people that feel the same way about the band on stage as you do. You can turn in any direction and talk to a complete stranger and be their best friend 5 minutes later. We all know those lyrics, we all paid to see them, we all bought their CDs, their shirts, their merch, everything. We all love that feeling that spreads all over you when that band we all love comes out on stage and plays the songs that saved us when we were down. That is the best feeling in the entire world.
