suffering is something that affects you in a bad way. it could be abuse, depression, heartbreak, family problems, or any other kind of emotion or physical pain. people have there own views on what suffering is due to thier lifestyles. emotionally or physically, suffering is a horrible feeling. it's like having to deal with crap that you would do anything to get rid of, but can't. some people let suffering affect them in bad ways. others try to make the best of it. in the end, the one suffering will always feel a little damaged no matter how bad. some people keep thier suffering to themselves, while others tell everyone. i think the person that is suffering most is the one who doesn't talk about it because they aren't trying to be rescued from the suffering. okay, i feel like i just rambled on, but hope some of this might be helpful?
