Hahahah its cool. All I basically said was its okay to have sweets once in a while. You dont have to pig out everyday like the rest of America, but its actually good to have sugar like that in your body. People say when you cry or get really upset, a soda will make you feel better because of the sugar and caffine. You dont have to rule off all sweets, just dont have them all the time.
