AS long as it is you who wants to lose the weight and not other people... TBH the old fashioned way to loose weight i would have to say is the best because you know it stays off and you dont have to waist your money on tablets and other nasty products that people use. If you just stick to a nice easy routine it wont be so difficult. Yes the last few kilos are always the hardest so that is why you have to work that little bit harder and sweat that little bit more but just picture how happy you will be when you step on the scales to find that you have passed your dream goal. You have come this far and i hope that I have made your journey a little bit easier for you. I wish you all the best and hope you are happy after you overcome this major obstacle in your life. You seem like a Beautiful girl and i hope all will be good xx :-)

But if you have lost that much already are you sure you want to lose more... You dont want to be too skinny. I am sure you look beautiful just the way you are :-)
