Okay no offense but you better shut the f*ck up about losing weight. no matter how big or small you are you are gorgeous. Whoever told you to lose weight is mentally retarded and needs to open there eyes and see what a beautiful girl you are.I don't care if you ARE the fattest person on earth you ARE beautiful.YOU look in the mirror and see this fat girl but you know what Other people see when they look at you? A beautiful person who needs to forget her flaws and just live life to the fullest. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. DON'T you EVER forget that reply

Well I am sorry you are having to go through this, but I have a couple. Don't do crunches because all they do is strengthen abbs that aren't there. Pushups and running are two very important things. Also eat sugar free things than workout after. My own remedy I found out. I ate sugar free popsicles than worked out and felt really good and felt like I lost weight. Also I use yoga. REALLLLLLY helps:) Hope this works out for you!!! reply
