In my opinion he lyks yhu but he is 2 scared 2 tell yhu...guys can be lyk dhat at tyms...i have alot of buy friends who r lyk dhat...wen it comes to love dhey dnt know what 2 do...tlk 2 him again...send him a txt msg sayin, "hi" n keep the convo going it doesn't mattr if yhu keep it goin...guys r stubborn this way...tlk 2 him lyk nothing happened n at first try to hide yhur feelings...yhu will kno wen dha tym is rite 2 show dhem...remember 2 be yhurself at all tyms dont let him change yhu...wen the tym is rite he will tell yhu wat he really feels...but if he dnt move on...yhur much bettr, i kno it might be hard @ first but time will cure all wounds...good luck :) reply
