About how he dumped you.
Or he kissed some other girl.
But the thing is, that for however long, you had someone who loved you.
uSome one chose to be with you.
Yeah, maybe they didn't love you enough, but they still loved you.
If they didn't, they wouldn't have started anything in the beginning.
Yes, your heartbroken, torn about by him,
but you were loved. or at least liked. Someone did care.
Now think about the girls, like me.
Who have never had anyone even try to love them.
Who haven't even been given the chance before.
Who have never felt anything.
And no one has even felt anything for them.
That hurts too.

Think about this.
Right now, someone is lying.
Right now, someone is crying.
Right now, someone is dying.
Right now, someone is being pushed closer and closer to the edge.
Right now, careless words are destroying someone.
Right now, the fact that no-one notices is tearing someone apart.
You could be guilty.
It's so easy to get lost in our own world, own emotions, own problems,
own opinions.
It's so easy not to hear someone's silent cries for help.
Everyone is fighting their own demons, and they cannot fight alone.
A smile, an honest compliment, company, a listening ear, noticing,
could all save someone.
Watch your joking comments, how easily you dismiss things, do not
believe "im fine".
Just be selfless.
Because the most depressed do not all wear black and mope around.
They could be your best friend.
Or that person you laugh about behind their back.
Or even the bubbliest of people.

i believe there a two definitions of alone.
There is the alone when you are in a room, alone. This is not hurtful, its peaceful and quiet get away. but you know that you are loved that there are people in your world, in your bubble if you like, even if they're not present.
Then there is the alone when you could be surrounded by people, have a lot of friends, but feel empty because even though you have company, no one gets you, you are in your own little world, alone. This stings, the feeling just drowns you..

I'm doing research for my speech on bullying.
People are so horrible.
I found a story about how a group of girls teased and tormented a girl so much that
she couldn't take it anymore and committed suicide.
Those girls came to her funeral, and laughed at how she looked in her coffin.
Its not that damn hard to be nice.
