you have to find your balance. when i first started smoking, i was about 14 or so, and i was just in love with the feeling it brought, and i started fking up in school and all that other crap that comes along with it. i decided on my own to cut down, it takes a lot of willpower, but if the WANT is there, you can do it. Make it your reward. For example, if you did kick on a test this week, then celebrate on Friday or Sat.. then stop your during the week! you have to find a happy medium. See, i use it for medical purposes now.. so i smoke every day, twice a day.. and it helps me a lot. i also dont buy the expensive ! lol! i get the economic reggies...me and my husband spend about $40 a week on it, not too bad!! from reading your profile you're a lot like me :)))) reply
